Beanbag Rounds

I was thinking of an item idea based off of beanbag rounds used to knock down criminals. Instead of doing more damage what if the rounds did significantly lower damage but they knock back the enemy a few feet.

- 15% Fire Rate
- 25% Damage Reduction
- 30% Knock Back

I think you might be overvaluing knock back a little too much here. Sacrificing damage to push enemies around doesn't seem like a worthwhile trade-off. Maybe useful very situationally but still feels like it's applications would be far too niche.

Possibly could knock down the damage reduction a tad bit
