I don't know how many people ever used this but it was introduced into TF2 likely over a decade ago. It allows you to spectate someone real-time and provide feedback for how they're playing. Could be anything from tips or suggestions about what they're doing well or could improve on just saying they're doing a good job etc. I only ever got it to work a few times since almost no one seemed to participate, but Deadlock is a game that requires several important foundational layers of knowledge to improve.
A mode like this that's more full fledged could allow users to rate coaches on their feedback with a 1-5 star rating, small paragraph text box, or just an up vote or down vote system like steam ratings. A few metrics could be,
