At this stage, the game simply becomes unplayable. At the end of October, I received my first chat restriction after 2 consecutive bad games in ranked, where I quite possibly entered into quite an active debate with my teammates, and even possibly deserved a chat restriction. But, I want to note that I sent reports to some players both on my own and on the enemy team, who, in my opinion, cannot continue to play in competitive mode.
After the first chat limit expired, I went into an unranked game in which I just wanted to warm up for future ranked games. I spent almost the entire match using the chat wheel, and could literally write a couple of messages in the chat, although I barely remember what it could have been. But it definitely couldn't be something for which I would get ANOTHER CHAT RESTRICTION.
At this stage, I already began to suspect that something was clearly wrong, but I dutifully waited for the restriction to expire, and just today I went back to play unranked. And after 2 games I GET CHAT LIMITED AGAIN. In the first game, I didn't use the chat wheel, didn't report anyone, and just played. In the second game, we had Haze on our team, whose play the entire team was dissatisfied with, and whom EVERYONE asked to help us. Despite the fact that at first he was politely asked to just start playing with the team, in response we heard only insults, questions about our ranks and the fact that he was “carrying such homeless people alone.” For which the whole team agreed to report him after the game. I also sent a report to Mirage, who, as far as I remember, never bothered to press the ultimate, after my numerous requests in an extremely polite manner.
And although I used chat in the last game, I DID NOT INSULT OR HURT ANYONE IN ANY WAY. And almost immediately after this game I received another chat restriction FOR 10 DAYS!!! And this is considering the fact that I received 4 commends, which seems to improve your behavior summary.
The developers clearly need to do something with this system, because getting chat restrictions AND NOT BEING ABLE TO PLAY RANKED simply because you do care about winning or losing and are actively trying to influence the game community is beyond good and evil.
