When trying to enter matchmaking, it says I am banned, despite having no features disabled. This happened after I was queuing for match, then the network offline error showed up. I could not go into any other play options except "Edit Roster." I restarted the game and saw an option to Abandon the game, despite not finding a game. I clicked it and abandoned, and there was no game in my history that I do not remember playing, and now I am here.
