Banned from internet turning off, can't play solo against bots by myself

I was temporarily banned 2 times so far because of my power turning off, and then today my internet crashed and turned off. I only play against bots, and I'm temporarily banned until 8:31 pm (It's currently 3:33 pm). It's kind of wild that I am also banned from playing against solo bots by myself. I'm obsessed with this game but I think you should still be able to play against bots while alone with no other actual teammates, being banned from esentially offline mode is kind of strange to me. (Edit: I guess I can still play in a custom game, but its still odd to me)
