Banned for playing till 2:33 even though the game said you are free to leave without penalty

what is up with this? you cant put on the screen huge for people " you are free to leave without penalty " than when they leave they get banned for 10 minutes... thats absurd. i know 10 minutes isnt long. but that shouldnt exist. if that message pops up you should be free to leave without any bans... if you want to ban ppl for leaving no matter what, then dont have this message pop up at all? i mean cmon
