Banned for no reason

Hello, I was permanently banned for a reason I don't understand. Cheats were NOT used, I didn't insult anyone in voice or text chat, I have 970 games on my account and about 600 hours played, absurd. Сan someone help me?

I can't see your matches, because I'm at work but I noticed that you play Gun Holliday. If you are not a cheater, and just a good player then the enemy team probably mass reported you on several occasions.That ended up with this automatic ban.
Soo what I can recommend you is to try and get in the discord and try to ping Yoshi with your account and hope for the best.
Or maybe the ban might just disappear on it's own.

yep, holiday is my main character, and every match I get a message that I'm a cheater, I'll try to ping Yoshi, thanks a lot)
