Ban system for leaving

My game crashed last round...i was gone for 30 seconds and then reconnected and played the round. After that round I was banned for leaving because the game somehow counts "leaving" (which in this case was a game crash) at the beginning of the match imediatelly as having permanently left. (it even showed the message that people are allowed to leave just because of my short dc) ...cant play all day because the game crashed for half a minute. Please adjust that. If you could remove my ban even better.

Yeah this mechanics is weird.
Sometimes people clearly ragequit = game almost instantly allows to leave the match for the rest.
In some cases people show in the player bar as DC but they still in game / base.
Sometimes you have to be afk = life happens, come back and you get banned and put in low priority games because you paused, asked to wait but some idiot unpauses -> instead of banning unfair play you get banned for afking...

Definitely room for improvement!

How I see it = ideally game would get sub from queued players if someone is AFK for say 3 minutes and give that player afk player souls + 1-2 min to buy up items to slot into the game. Preferably subbing the same hero.

Banning players for afking in Beta unranked? kinda games is silly.

Yeah and at the same time people can abuse the system when they wanna troll the team because they are angry..so they stay in fountain and move around every few minutes. Thats just not right. I think a 3 minute afk thing or so should be fine. In that time best case you can even restart pc with bugs.
