Ban bug for canceling spectating before it's done and then searching for match.

The steps that caused this ban were:
1. Spectated a friend's game
2. Left the spectate before it loaded.
3. Queued up for a standard match.
4. Found a match.
5. Game loaded the friend's match for a spectate despite it already being canceled in step 2.
6. Left spectating.
7. Received a 5 minute temp ban.

same exact thing happened to me except my temp ban was like 30 mins
