I've encountered an issue where, if you manage to get on the balloon that carries the urn, you can levitate above the rails and float in the air indefinitely. The rails become non-functional, and you can't descend.
I experienced this in a custom game, but it's also possible in live matches. The glitch is easier to execute with champions that have teleport abilities, but you can also jump onto the balloon as it's leaving. However, it doesn't always work consistently.
