Bad Stutters After 5/21 Patch

I'm on an AMD 9070 xt, with a Ryzen 9 5950, and I'm getting stutters of 100ms frames during fights, even on minimum settings after this update. Before I was getting a steady 160FPS at 3440x1440. I'm using the Vulkan renderer on Windows 10

Same, I just got AMD 9070 installed and there are weird stutters when I need to cast a skill, before that when I was using 1080ti there were no stutters.

Nah, there are stutters on Nvidia too, I've got 3080, and get crazy stutters, all time shader compilation.
 
im here to report the same issue since the same patch. before that i had only minor drops after the outline fix. now on 7900xt and 7800x3d 32gb ram and using vulkan (fsr or no fsr doesnt change much for me) game hits heavy freezes. pressing escape or tab seems to have an impact on that but they also happen whenever enemies appear and with bigger amounts of minions or whenever i enter a bigger area of the map (open middle of the lane, midboss room or base).

I'm having the exact same problem, never had problems with performance before (except for minor fps drops on big teamfights), im running on a RTX 4070, Ryzen 5600x, 32Gb of Ram. (1440p, DLSS on quality, and most other settings on low).

When freezes happens the frametime numbers seems to go pretty high, and fps drops a lot with my character not responding for a few seconds. (pressing tab, escape or shop keybind seems to elevate frametime numbers from 8ms to 50ms but the freezes happens even when not pressing them)
 
I also noticed weird shader issue on soul orbs, like, when they spawn there is delay with the shader effect, at first it appears to be full black but then shader switches on. It's consistent trough most of the game.
