Bad performance

Hi.
I have a
Gigabyte Geforce RTX 3080 Ti 12GB GAMING OC
11900k
Corsair 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 3600MHz CL18 Vengeance LPX
and play at 1440p with these settings and only get around 120fps. Does anyone get similar performance? The products im using is working fine and performing fine in other games. No overheating etc.

Similar experience over here, yeah.
Glad I'm not alone at least.

In my case;

• i7-8700k (5GHz OC, sits at ~23% utilization).
• 2080Ti (haven't checked utilization).
• Fresh W11 Install. Nearly no other software. All-current driver-wise.
• Running multi-monitor, panel off to either side @ 1080p each.
• G-Sync Primary Panel, 1440p, HDR -by what your display section says there we might actually have the same panel.
• Fullscreen Exclusive mode. Fullscreen optimizations in-use.

Haven't experimented with DX11 versus Vulkan yet, but about to. Not sure I'm expecting a night and day difference though.
Have game priority at high, IO priority, etc -not looking like it's pushing CPU very much though, use just spikes greatly whenever the game's recovering from a hitch, to about 48 from 23 and briefly.

Certain settings like Upscaling I haven't gotten to tinker with enough; trying to narrow down the heavier hitters.. 100% Stretch Upscaling has been all I've tried so far, performance gains at lower percentages just didn't feel like they warranted enough and I'm above 86 fps enough of the time.
Anyways, I don't know- that's what I'm seeing.
