I've qued for several games with this exact hero prio: max prio - billy, prio - Viscous and Mina, no prio - calico and mcginnis. Then i switched to this today: max prio - billy and doorman, prio - nobody, then no prio, Viscous, Calico, and Mcginnis. Yet every single game has resulted in my being viscous. I am not complaining about playing viscous (i have the most games on viscous), i am complaining that i cannot test the new heroes.
Even in some games, there is no billy, or there is no doorman, despite many people attempting to queue for them
