When editing builds, you must right click on an item for a submenu to appear, which allows you to either add annotations or remove the item.
However, with the recent addition of quickbuy, right clicking items also adds them to the quickbuy queue.
Since you can't edit builds in real matches anyways, quickbuy should be disabled when editing builds, as it serves no practical purpose there.
