Probably not, it looks like he simply reacted. He had a clear view of the Shiv and it was pretty obvious he was going in for the punch. Auto-parry scripts usually go off the exact frame the punch starts.

Sounds kinda unlogical to make script that just works when it sees punch animation because punch can just be faked out then and completely forbid sense of script,so if that's how really the are working,thats dumb

There probably are cheats that are smarter with auto-parrying, but most cheaters are dumb as hell and/or using pre-made scripts. I've only ever encountered auto-parry once in a real match, and like you said it's pretty easy to bait. It simply means you can't just punch them from behind.
