Than it should probably be considered as bug(i hate animation cancels in games and i don't want to see those types of cancel,only for movement)

Probably not, it looks like he simply reacted. He had a clear view of the Shiv and it was pretty obvious he was going in for the punch. Auto-parry scripts usually go off the exact frame the punch starts.

Sounds kinda unlogical to make script that just works when it sees punch animation because punch can just be faked out then and completely forbid sense of script,so if that's how really the are working,thats dumb

There probably are cheats that are smarter with auto-parrying, but most cheaters are dumb as hell and/or using pre-made scripts. I've only ever encountered auto-parry once in a real match, and like you said it's pretty easy to bait. It simply means you can't just punch them from behind.

I'm leaning towards not cheating. Looks a bit sus but not enough to say definitively. Look for another instances.

Probably not a cheat. Point blank heavy melee right in front of him with no visual stimulus. It's def harder to tell with the clip in slow mo tho
