Aug 1st patch creating issues with physics engine/particle effects on characters

Quick thing I noticed after the patch!
When characters are locked from full movement for lobby/shopping animations etc, their physics bones lock in place as well and stretch as the rest of the character moves. Clothes now heavily clip through the body with many character animations (I'm aware that these models are in a very early state, but the more heavy clipping only appeared post-patch).
Particle effects also seem to go off-center much more often than they used to as well, things like Wraith's glowing hand effect and Dynamo's Star particle inside the head will veer way off to the side until respawn/jumping on and off a line.
