I managed to catch a recording of it happening with a replay software. Up until the recording starts there were no audio issues so far during the game.
You can also see hero portraits when healing and killing sometimes are blank, this also happens only after I get the audio bug.
Relevant information on the system:
Soundcard: Focusrite scarlett 2i2 3rd gen. Sample rate 48KHz. Buffer size 192.
3090TI
Intel i9-12900K
Windows 10 Pro.
Maybe relevant:
I can play several games without issues. Once the bug happens once, it becomes more likely to happen again in all following games. Restarting the game does not appear to make it less likely to happen, only restarting the system.
