Artem Rinse — a detective with a split personality.

The character resembles a noir-style Sherlock Holmes, complete with a smoking pipe and a deerstalker hat. He suffers from dissociative identity disorder and constantly communicates with his alter ego.

"A detective investigating the complicated murder of a banker, unaware that it was his alternate personality who committed the crime."

1. Ability:
Throws an electrified iron cable that can tether and immobilize multiple players for a short duration. If only one hero is caught, it merely slows them down. In both cases, the ability deals continuous damage over its duration.

2. Ability:
The player sets up two "poles" between which an electric barrier appears. Enemy heroes passing through it will take damage. If enemies shoot through it, the barrier reduces the bullet damage. However, it doesn't block ability damage.

3. Passive Ability:
The hero can see the footprints of players for the last 5 seconds and moves faster while following them. If the enemy overcame obstacles or climbed walls, ghostly copies of their movements indicate this. This ability helps in successfully tracking targets.

4. Ultimate:
The hero creates a clone at a designated point with the same abilities as the original. For example, the player summons the clone, uses the second ability, and then triggers it again, causing the clone to use the ability at the designated point. By pressing the ultimate again while it's active, the player switches to controlling the clone, and pressing it once more switches back to the original hero. If the clone is not controlled, it attacks the enemy with the lowest health or the one being attacked by the majority. If the player took control of the clone and then switched back, the clone will continue attacking the last target it was focused on. The illusion should be visually distinct from the original character. Killing the illusion grants a soul bonus.

The hero is challenging in terms of micro-control but very engaging. Conceptually, he is similar to Ark Warden from the Dota 2 universe.

I like the background of the character but not his second ability, as it's too similar to Paradox. I would also love to see what tier upgrades you think each ability has, especially for his third ability which seems to give no advantage in lane. I fear that having clones in this game would end up being sluggish, as you can't control both at the same time, but I'm open to hear options on how to improve clone control in a shooter game.

I love the idea of a Jekyll and Hyde character, but I'm not reading that from his abilities. I'm reading "electrician".

I think the core idea behind the ultimate is fine. I think it needs better execution. I don't like abilities that rely on AI behavior too much. I'd rather just see you be able to create a shadow clone that you can swap places with, and have the only purpose of the skill to be in two places at once.

Third ability I'm conflicted about. For an investigator character, there's logic there, but I don't think it's a useful ability and my instinct is that there are better ways to portray an investigator, and ultimately that it's not really important to reflect that in their kit.
