A lot of inspiration from Jinx and Aphelios from league of legends
Gun is similar to holiday but with a bigger mag
1st ability switches her gun to a rocket launcher for x seconds that have slower fire rate and velocity but has higher damage and splash (rocket jumps would be sick but maybe broken)

2nd ability switches primary fire to a rail gun for x seconds that charges shots for big damage with less fall off but weaker if uncharged + movement penalty while charging

Gain x stacking move speed on hit for x seconds effect is lessened and has a lower cap on non chanpion hit
Move speed buff becomes an aura that can effect nearby teammates
You can use 2 different guns at once and the skill expression comes from managing gun cool downs and buffs/debuffs
1&2 become charge shot rockets with higher velocity and damage
1&3 are high fire rate rockets with lower damage
2&3 is a slower fire rate machine gun that has even higher velocity and better fall off
Ultimate combines all 3 guns into a splash damage high fire rate high damage super weapon for x seconds (maybe add stats for steroid buffs while active)

All tier 1 upgrades for weapons
All tier 2 upgrades for weapons
All tier 3 upgrades for weapons
This means that the ult gains buffs and cd reduction every level but the player has to choose between leveling guns to be strong 90% of the time and having a bad ult or having a super strong ult but bad abilities
2 backstories in mind, she either works for the same people McGuinness does and I'd testing weapons in the trials or is a Baxter society member who believes the best way to deal with monsters is to obliterate them, has a metal arm not a wooden one but it's bebop level tech
