Tier 3 Spirit item
Gains charges over time to a maximum, when activated provides max hp and spirit based on charges but drains a percentage of maximum life and charges every second. Must be inactivate for a certain amount of time to gain charges and has a delay between toggles.
Maybe it could increase outgoing melee damage too.
