Arcane Surge - Warden Last Stand - Duration / Range not applied

Similar to issues encountered on other heroes, Duration / Range extension does not appear to apply to Warden's Ult.

Tested in Sandbox and verified (did work with Alchemist Flask).

Had Divine Barrier, Superior duration, superior reach, and divine kevlar, and it appeared to be 23M radius and 8.4 sec duration, both were static when dash-jumping with arcane surge.

From what I can tell any ult/ability with some sort of windup period isn't working with Arcane Surge, as Arcane Surge will only apply to the windup, not the rest of the ability.

Yep I can verify, Arcane Surge does not affect Warden's ultimate. I came here to make a post about this but I saw there is already one here.

The Range does not increase and can assume the other stats are also not applying properly.

I too noticed a potential bug with Warden's ultimate when combined with Arcane Surge It doesn’t seem to alter any damage or radius properties, as expected. Bump!
