Currently went into sandbox to play around with some of the new items, test my mains. Seems Mcginnis has an interaction I haven't found a way to recreate with other characters yet, I assume unintended.
Basic setup is to just use Arcane Surge, get the buff from it, then use the Missile Barrage. When it ends, you'll realize you get a few extra seconds of the barrage with full control, including movement, shooting, and buttons. Neat, but also I don't think anyone would expect this normally. There is actually a noticeable point in which you can see the bar jump, but I don't think it gets calculated correctly somewhere internally.
