This bug has persisted for a long while now, but Arcane Surge remains unusable with Paradox and her Pulse Grenade. The additional range and duration completely disappear the moment you perform an action that isn't simply running or jumping. I have read of similar issues with the item on heroes like Warden (with his ult). I do hope this will actually be fixed at some point.
