Arcane surge STILL doesnt work with afterburn

I posted is when the items was introduced, and probably doesnt work with some heroes as well;
Basically the extra spirit provided by the active does NOT scale with afterburn at all

If thats known and some valve developer sees this, please leave a like thx

The bug is less that it doesn't work with Afterburn and more that it lies to you that it can, the spirit power only applies to the first ability activated (i.e., the button it's assigned to pressed), and as such passive abilities (like afterburn) can't trigger or receive this effect.
