Arcane surge rubber banding issue

game is rubber banding everytime I use arcane surge is activated. always red dot shows up everytime its used.
please fix this its unplayable

Zerggyy was also having this issue on stream. Seems it might be a seven exclusive issue though with Arcane Surge.

Consistently an issue almost every time when activated while charging carbine as paradox, makes it a nightmare to actually hit the changed shot

There is also a bug with Arcane Surge where cast abilities (like bebop's bomb) are not affected by the range increase, but everything else it. I also heard it also applies to seven's stun and shiv's ultimate cast.
