Using Arcane Surge even when your ammo is full make it increase the max ammo but the actual ammo does not increase equally, lets say i have 37 ammo/max ammo, when i use Arcane Surge it increases current ammo 42 amd max ammo 44, the current ammo should be the same from max ammo, otherwise it makes me waste Quicksilver Reload, lets me show a example:
