Arcane Surge does not work on Seven's Power Surge (3)

When using Arcane Surge's dash jump mechanic to empower Seven's Power Surge, only the first proc benefits from the extra range and spirit power, all of the other procs do NOT have extra range or damage.

The duration does work as intended.

Tried in sandbox , can confirm. For some reason it works perfectly on ult.
