AppSystemDict: Error in Connect() of interface 'RenderDeviceMgr001'! Error when launching the game

Anyway to reset the video settings before launching the game? I changed to Vulkan and now I can't launch the game at all, I get the error

AppSystemDict: Error in Connect() of interface 'RenderDeviceMgr001'!

I already disable the cloud and reinstalled the game but that didn't work. Any launch option I can use?

Deleting the CFG folder (Game>citadel>CFG) after uninstalling fixed the problem, I didn't have to use the -dx11 command though it's possible it would have fixed the problem without having to reinstall the game.

In my case i change rendering from dx11 to vulcan and after it faced with this error
if you use command in Launch Options in features "-dx11"
u will can start the game again

Yes this is true, same thing here, but if you use the command you can't change the option from inside the game anymore, which breaks your game anyway but just want to let everyone know.
