Appearing Multiple Times on Friends Who Play Tab

I have been loving the game, but I've had a few friends of mine message me saying that I appear multiple times on their FRIENDS WHO PLAY tab on steam. At first I only appeared twice (image.png), and now it's almost two dozen times (Capture.PNG and dead.png). I see that there are other posts discussing this, but the issue isn't nearly as bad for them. I'm not entirely sure how to fix this, but I told my friends I would at least post about it.
