Even after the update, Apollo is still unable to be selected from any of the character change/queue menus. I can give him a priority token, so it still shows him as playable, but I cannot select him. It seems I'm in the minority for people with this bug, and verify games files as well as a fresh install did not lead to any meaningful results.
