Any Character Can Enter Tunnels

From this video a Grey Talon is able to enter vents. @0:24

I was able to recreate the bug.

1. Take damage/deal damage/be in combat. This causes the grates to appear over the tunnel entrances.
2. Crouch next to a grate.
3. Dash through it.

You cannot exit the vents without taking damage again.

Well they should probably not fix this for now since it's so easy to fall into the tunnels.
