I was playing McGinnis had just respawned and noticed I couldn't use the zipline, leading me to discover I couldn't jump, vault or cancel my ultimate once activated. This persisted through further deaths through to the end of the game. Curiously, I was able to use the zipline to go BACK to the base only.
