Anti-Virus Blocked Outbound Connection

So I use Malwarebytes as my Anti-virus software and when I launched the game for the first time in roughly 24 hours this is what appeared. Is this anti-cheat related or what is going on here. Did the update released cause this? This is the only time it has ever happened.
