Anti-debuff item(linken sphere analog)

Hello, recently i realized, that deadlock needs linken sphere. After i spent 2 hours balancing it, i suddenly remembered that game already have item like that - Reactive Barrier. I thoght it would be great to make upgrade, so

Vitality 4250​

Spectral Shield​

Upgrades from Reactive Barrier

+20% ammo
+120 health
+4 health regen

Active(cooldown 50s):​

Blocks one target spell or item.
Gives 15% debuff resist.
Duration 7s, cooldown starts only when effect ends.

Can be self-cast

Passive(cooldown 50s)​

When Stunned, Slept, Silenced or Rooted gain 350 spirit shield, 450 bullet shield and 12% debuff resist for 4 sec.

If active or passive triggered, both starting their cooldown



I see this item against such characters as Wraith, TMS, MoKrill, Holliday. I discussed this concept with different players and got different feedback. So, i would be glad to hear your feedback.

great idea.I also believe that linken sphere should be able to counter Lash's big area-targeted ultimate; otherwise, the combo of Lash and Dynamo's ultimates would be too invincible.
