Right now knock-ups can hurt preeeetty bad and in some cases can be better than stuns due to the fact that debuff reducer does not change how long a knock-up lasts. Dynamo, Lash(these 2 already have a REALLY powerful combo together in death slam blackhole), Ivy(air drop), Viscous(puddle punch), Bebop(uppercut), Krill(burrow), and the upcoming hero Fathom all have abilities that knock you up, making you unable to air dash and losing a lot of control in your movement. That and buying items to counter big pieces of enemy team is already a good idea: Debuff Reducer if lots of stuns or... debuffs, Metal Skin for fed Hazes, Unstoppable to avoid getting shutdown, armors and so on. So why not an item that also decreases the knock-up time from these abilities and lets you reenable your control sooner.
All I had in mind was a simple 1250 Vitality perk called Steel Legs which grants a minor health buff, a movement slow resist, and the main appeal which causes all knock-ups to have a 30% reduced height. This reduced height would allow you to come back to the ground, dash, and move around as you please sooner.
