An item that gives light melee attack speed

Basically what the title says. Would be maybe cool if there would be items which could increased light melee attack speed

Who needs to make Light Melees even Faster? Imagine Situation where enemy checks that you bought this item and what he needs is to Parry you when you get close or Parry you when you do second Light Melee, and you obviously gonna do second melee because what else are you gonna do with faster light melees.

So i think this item is useless and gonna make you get parried more often. And also there is not heroes expect Billy who realy benefits from this item.
