This happened in maybe my third or fourth bot games when I was wanting to explore the map with the perma-Fly build. My first thought was that the unit collision on Abram's ult when he starts moving quickly was a bug but I tested in the practice range a bit with a mirroring Vindicta and was able to drag her out of the air with a collision to where I was landing most of the time if I was aiming for it, I'm not sure if that's a bug or not.
Going as far as Abrams did in a straight line definitely seems like a bug though. It may be related to the zip line, I think I would have kept moving in a straight line at that speed until I hit a wall. The zipline above where we started moving together wasn't active though. Not sure.
-edit- Just noticed in the last few seconds and last frame you can see Abrams in his zipline pose. Definitely related.
