Ammo stealing upgrade to Suppressor

Suppressor needs to build into something imo so I wanted to play around with the idea of stealing ammo from enemies. This is a VERY work in progress example because I really am not sure on the math to properly balance it and maybe it would better as an active item; I just really wanted to put the idea out there. Also the name would obviously have to change since Siphon Bullets already exists I just thought it was kind of fitting/funny

Would love to hear feedback.

It's an unheard of idea,very nice， but instead of stealing ammo, this item might be awesome enough to reduce ammo.
