If you'll buy any upgrade which inrceases your max ammo and then proceed to reload with it and then you'll sell it - max ammo will decrease but the ammo which already've been loaded will stay the same and will not decrease to the level of the max ammo (visual side of the bug). But you'll still have +1 ammo over the max amount (e.g. 26 out of 25). It'll work on any hero and replicates in 100% of the attempts. I'll attach a video of the bug to the files of that thread.
