Am i the only one suffering massive mouse lag/stalling?

At some point in the game the mouse just stalls and stutters while looking around and the game becomes unplayable.

Single monitor setup, tried everything in the settings but nothing works.

Might have something to do with alt+tabbing i do that quite a bit, but it's getting rather frustrating...

does the issue fix itself when you press tab or open a menu (generally only temporarily)

I have the same thing as you. Happens from time to time.
