New to the bug reporting scene, so I can't post the match ID (I'll work on that next time I see a bug, DW)
As for the time I'd say around 1:20 A.M. (EDT)
I was playing the Goo character and fought this fire using lady. I ran away for a long while and I was still on fire. I was over half HP (And I had a lot of HP at the time) and I still nearly died from it. As a last resort I used the Cube power to heal. I did heal and I wasn't taking damage anymore, but I still had flame particles on my body until the next time I died.
TLDR: Couldn't put out fire until next death.
