Alternate/self Cast no longer works on rightclick.

Casting an item or ability on yourself with it set to right mouse now cancels the selection instead of casting.
Rebind that key actually results in weird behavior where pressing the selfcast button first, and then the ability will instantly selfcast on yourself, which is not possible via the default keybind.
