Alt-tab bugs voice indicator icon

Voice (VOiP) indicator icons sometimes get removed when alt-tabbing out and back into game. Sometimes all of the icons get removed, sometimes just 1 players. Usually able to fix itself by alt-tabbing again but not always, sometimes it will fix everyone but one person

This issue seems like it's gotten worse in the latest patch, I'm no longer able to make the VOiP indicators re-appear by alt-tabbing again and they are just gone for the rest of the match. (they show on the minimap just not under the player portraits at the top of the screen.)

This issue might also only be for spectating as that's where I've experienced it most but I've definitely experienced it in live games too whether it was carried over from spectating or a different bug entirely I don't know

Not sure if there was a fix pushed for this but I'm no longer getting this bug as of today

Yeah this was fixed for me for awhile but now it's back, can only tell who's talking by using the minimap

Just an example of this happening in spectate, you can see Paradox's voice activation icon work but nobody else's despite hearing multiple voices.
