Allow for the ability to choose which ability occupies which slot.

I've noticed that I am content with the binding positions of the abilities on most characters, but after playing Wraith I've noticed that if the card ability were on slot three instead of one I would experience more ease in clicking it on repeat without hindering my other actions.

With this noted, it would be nice if I were able to set an ability to a different slot than the default on one character without changing my ability bindings for every character at the same time.

Dota 2 has hero specific key bindings so realistically that may be implemented here at some point as well. Just give em a minute
