All items replaced with teammates after respawn

In a match, I was Haze and was spectating Lady Geist and when I respawned my items were completely replaced with hers until I died.

Image shows me hovering over what my items should be, with what my items are at that time in the bottom left.
This only occurred this one time, and I only even noticed it because as you can see I don't have unstoppable as a usable ability despite having bought it.
It was difficult to make a note of how different my stats were, but I recall it seeming like they were different. I would download the replay and check myself but the game says it's "not yet ready for download" even though this happened yesterday.

From my experience, this is purely a visual glitch. You still have your items, and they still function correctly. Any active items you have, even if the slot appears empty, can still be activated.
