All charge abilities hero

I haven't played hero labs since they reworked wrecker. The changes to heros were too much for me to keep up with so I haven't tried trapper yet
 
Seems kind of basic. Also every single ability being on the low-impact, high-availability would feel kind of like the hero has no downtime? As in the only way they stop putting pressure is if they mess up or are dead. Not saying it's impossible, though.
 
They can be given charges on certain abilities on lvl up. Or there is like a stager of how many you get per ability like 1 has one 2 has 2 etc
