During a minute u getting 3 souls every second and gains damage debuff
also grading your assist souls bonus by +30%.
Basically idea of this item for such a gank heroes or support heroes like Dynamo paradox or etc
And of course for comeback cause after are lines are lose its gonna be hard to comeback enemy is going push u throw the base and you are losing farm able spots and this item gonna help to comeback the game
