Aiming Dynamo's Quantum Entanglement straight up does not teleport you upwards.

It looks like Dynamo's body blocks the Quantum Entanglement indicator as his body lights up when you aim it straight up

The teleport also gets blocked at some angles close to walls which is very frustrating when trying to use it to dodge enemy abilities
