aiming crimson slash breaks the hitbox

another bug report has stated that the visual effect for crimson isnt accurate, and that its always lined up with the horizontal. this is kind of an addition to that, aiming the hitbox vertically actually makes it harder to hit, its not just that the visual is misleading
