update that was 16.08, in the game dropped fps when before I played 8 hours without a single problem, after the update, when I go into the game fps first 27, and then gradually drops to 11, when playing in the sandbox there are no problems, once with a constant change of settings, managed for 30 seconds to fix the situation in the team game against bots, after which happened the same thing.
during the game process, constantly loaded something, it can be seen in the console “server acknowledged to slot 4 client only predicted into 3 slots, full repredict will occur”
also in the lower right corner there is a red circle constantly lit up.
